Installer mode
By removing the charging station’s front cover, the device will enter Installer mode. This screen provides a quick, single page overview of the charging station’s diagnostics and configuration settings. Its purpose is to make life easier for installation and maintenance personnel. In this mode, charging is disabled to ensure your safety.
The front cover should only be removed by a trained professional.
1 – Main menu can still be accessed in installer mode.
2 – Status showing that removal of the charging station’s front cover is detected.
3 – Image showing that the cover is removed (device in installer mode).
4 – Detected issues lists any faults or issues detected on the device. Listed issues lead to corresponding pages on the Knowledge Centre, where additional info will be provided.
5 – (COMING SOON) Tap to open Event log:
– review charging station’s past events,
– export Technical log.
6 – Diagnostics – key charging station information.
7 – Tap to access charging station’s Diagnostics page, where you can also manage the Firmware settings.
8 – Mandatory configuration – list of mandatory configuration settings for quick access to configuration pages that are mandatory to set up and review. Mandatory configuration fields are marked with .
The contents of the list may vary depending on the charging station provider.

10 – (COMING SOON) Tap to share access to the charging station.
