No WiFi connection after uploading configurations

When restoring the configurations of the chargers with WiFi, it is important to them locally.

As a security feature, the WiFi password is not saved in the configurations files, so after we restore them we need to connect to the charger locally (via LAN) and re-establish the WiFi connection.
