Central system connection status

The following connection states of the charging station with the central system are available:

  • Connected – The connection between the central system and the charging station has been successfully established.

  • No connection:

    • The connection to the central system is not established, or

    • The Wi-Fi connection is not available. Connect to a Wi-Fi network.

  • Connection lost – The connection between the central system and the charging station has been lost. Attempting to reconnect.

  • No configuration – Access to the central system has not been configured yet. Configure it to establish a connection.

  • Connection failed – Unable to connect to the central system due to one of the following reasons:

    • The DNS could not be resolved.

    • There appears to be an issue with the server.

  • Authentication failed – Connection failed as the password or certificate seems to be invalid.

  • Unreachable – The central system is unreachable, no response received.
