What happened:

There is an issue with the input using the touch button.

Device status:

The system might be frequently switching between the two charging modes, which affects charging performance. The charging rate in Interactive Mode can be slow or charging could even be paused.

How to proceed:

This issue could be triggered by tapping the touch button. Try restarting the charging station through the INCH Core app.

If the issue persists, it cannot be resolved by the user. Please contact your seller or distributor for further instructions.
