What happened:

There is an issue with the input using the touch button.

 

Device status:

You cannot change the charging mode.

 

How to proceed:

This issue could be triggered by a very long press. Try restarting the charging station through the INCH Core app.

If the issue persists, it cannot be resolved by the user. Please contact your seller or distributor for further instructions.
