MyINCH: How to change "backend communication reset interval"

Tools needed:

  • 7-Zip or 8 Zip

  • Microsoft Visual Studio Code 

 

There are two options for changing the "backend communication reset interval":

1st option (only viable on 5.4.1 software): 

  1. Connect to the MyINCH interface.

  2. Go to Central system connectivity. 

  3. Drop down Additional settings. 

  4. Set the Autoreboot interval.

  1.  Click Save and reboot the charging station. 

 

2nd option: 

  1. Connect to the MyINCH interface.

  2. Go to the Diagnostics menu. 

  3. Download the backup configuration by selecting Backup configuration.

  1. Open the downloaded .zip file.

  2. Open the Operations_CentralSystemCommunicationSettings_v10.json with Microsoft Visual Studio Code.

  3. Change the NoCommunicationResetInterval to 01:00:00.

  1.  In Microsoft Visual Studio Code, go to File, click Save, and close Microsoft Studio Visual Code. 

  2. Confirm the change in the .zip file:

  3.  Go to the Diagnostics page, click Restore configuration and select the .zip file:

  4.  Reboot the charging station.
