A restart of the charging station may be required to apply a configuration change, firmware update, or a different reason. The restart may be automatic or it can be triggered from the Device diagnostics page. The restart will reboot the charging station's on-board computer and may take up to a few minutes.
During the restart process, charging will not be available. The restart cannot begin during a charging session and will commence only after the charging session has ended.
