The Device diagnostics page allows you to review the general diagnostics information of the charging station that you are connected to. From this page, you can also open the event log, update firmware, or manually disable/enable charging.

1 – Name of the charging station you are connected to.

2 – Model of the charging station you are connected to.

3 – Serial number of the charging station you are connected to.

4 – EVSE code of charging station you are connected to.

(blue star) The code acts as a unique identifier of the charging station in a network and can usually be edited.

5 – Temperature readings for circuit boards inside the charging station.

6 – Date of manufacturing of the charging station.

7 – Current level of access for accessing the charging station’s configuration settings.

8 – Trigger manual restart of the charging station (a dialog opens).

9 – Disable/enable charging at the charging station (a dialog opens).

10 – Firmware version.

11 – Tap to open the Firmware update dialog and check if a new firmware version is available.

12 – Tap to open the Firmware update dialog and manually choose an update file from your smartphone’s local storage.

13 – Reset the charging station’s configuration settings to factory default.

14 – (COMING SOON) Tap to export the charging station’s current configuration as a file.

15 – (COMING SOON) Tap to import a configuration file to apply to the currently connected charging station.

16 – (COMING SOON) Set event logging level.:

- Debug

(blue star) If you are performing troubleshooting, you can change the logging level to a more detailed setting. This change will last for 24h, after which it will automatically reset to default.
