What happened:

Chipset failure or bad contact between boards or bus failure.

Device status:

The charging station will enter into Fault status. Charging is not possible in this state.

The top left icon on the UI will be red and all three white round LEDs in the second row will be ON.

The INCH Core app will notify you that the charging station is not operational due to internal failure and that service is required.

How to proceed:

The charging station requires repair. This can only be done by authorised personnel.
