What happened:

MQTT or OCPP authentication failed.

Device status:

This event might not affect the operation of the charging station if offline charging is enabled.

The cloud connection icon on the INCH Core app dashboard will turn red. When you click it, the reason for the failure will be displayed. The app will guide you to change the M2M or basic authentication password based on the settings.

How to proceed:

The INCH Core app will guide you to resolve the issue.
