What happened:

Vehicle is not obeying charger setpoint, so it is charging with higher current than setpoint.

Device status:

When the “overcurrent protection detected” error appears, the charging session gets stopped automatically.

The charging station enters into Fault status.

The top left icon on the UI is red and all three white round LEDs in the second row are ON (reporting other fault).

How to proceed:

The INCH Core app will guide you to resolve the issue.

Disconnect the EV and start a new session. It can be just a temporary glitch in EV operation. If this happens often, please contact your seller or distributor.
