What happened:
DC current leaked to the ground.
Device status:
The charging station has entered into Fault status. Charging is not possible in this state.
The top left icon on the UI is red and only the first white round LED in the second row is ON. The fault will be reset by disconnecting the EV.
How to proceed:
The INCH Core app will guide you to resolve the issue. This fault can also occur as transient, which means that by disconnecting the EV fault can be reset. User should start new charging transaction. If fault appears quickly after starting new session, then your EV or charging cable has issue.
In this case, this is a potentially dangerous situation and you should take your EV or cable to the service as soon as possible.
