What happened:

Failure of the current leakage test has been detected.

Device status:

The charging station has entered into Fault status. Charging is not possible in this state.

The top left icon on the UI is red and all three white round LEDs in the second row are ON (reporting other fault).

How to proceed:

The INCH Core app will guide you to resolve the issue.

The issue might be resolved automatically. If the issue persists, service of the charging station is required. Please contact your seller or distributor for further instructions.
