What happened:
AC current leaked to the ground.
Device status:
The charging station has entered into Fault status. Charging is not possible in this state.
The top left icon on the UI is red and only the first white round LED in the second row is ON.
How to proceed:
The INCH Core app will guide you to resolve the issue.
This fault can also occur as transient, which means that it can be reset by disconnecting the EV. You should start a new charging transaction. If the fault appears quickly after starting the new session, then there is an issue with your EV or charging cable.
In this case, this is a potentially dangerous situation and you should take your EV or cable to the service as soon as possible.
