What happened:

The charging cable is damaged. The fault occurred in the charging cable plug that is inserted into the charge point socket.

 

Device status:

The charging station entered into Fault status. Charging is not possible in this state.

The top left icon on the UI is red and all three white round LEDs in the second row are ON (reporting other fault). The fault will be reset by disconnecting the EV.

 

How to proceed:

The INCH Core app will guide you to resolve the issue. Try to plug and unplug the EV and start a new session. If this error is detected again, there is an issue with your charging cable. Use a different charging cable (or buy a new one).

 

If the issue persists, it cannot be resolved by the user. Please contact your seller or distributor for further instructions.
