What happened:

The charging station is not connected to an external Wi-Fi mesh.

Device status:

This event does not affect the operation of the charging station if offline charging is enabled.

Lost Wi-Fi connectivity might affect app connectivity to the charging station when you are not located next to the charger.

How to proceed:

Follow the instructions from the INCH Core app that will guide you to resolve the issue.
