Event ID: 4871

What happened:

The temperature detected inside the charging station is too high.

Device status:

The charging station has entered into Fault status. Charging is not possible in this state. If charging was in progress, it will be stopped.

The top left icon on the UI is red and the second and third white round LEDs in the second row are switched ON.

On the charging station dashboard in the INCH Core mobile app, you will receive further instructions to contact service.

How to proceed:

If the temperature does not drop under the required threshold or if the charger remains in fault, the charging station requires servicing! This can only be done by authorised personnel.
