Request access to OCEAN Knowledge Center
1. You were just invited to OCEAN Knowledge Center by our team via email
Click “Accept invite” in email and you will be redirected to OCEAN Knowledge Center space.
If you are existing Confluence user, you will be redirected to the page and can start using it.
In case if it seems like you don’t have access yet, check if you are logged in on Confluence page. If not, just login and everything should be fine.

2. How to request new access for my coworkers or myself?
Request access on our support portal
Open a ticket on L&G+ EV Business unit Support page and request access for en email account you want to use to access OCEAN Knowledge Center.
For summary use: “Request to access to OCEAN Knowledge Center”
For example say: “I want to have access to OCEAN Knowledge Center with my email: name.surname@gmail.com”
Our IT team will process your request and once your access will be confirmed, you will get an email like on the following image:
3. I am new to Confluence. How to create an account to access the OCEAN Knowledge Center?
No worries. You only need to register an account before you can start using OCEAN Knowledge Center.
Click “Accept invite” which you received in you email and you will be redirected to a page below:
Enter your data and register a new account for your email.
Click “Continue”
You will be redirected to intro page, where you can search for a space to work in.
Click “Next” once you find OCEAN Knowledge Center space and you will be redirected to it.
