Built-in spirit level
The tubular spirit level is built into the top of the Dock module. When using it, it guides the installer to install the Dock module horizontally levelled on a vertical surface.
Numbered screw points for assembly (1, 2, and 3): leading screw holes for attaching the Dock module to a vertical surface
The numbers signify the installation order and help the installer physically assemble and secure the charging station.
Junction box alignment guide
When wanting to hide the input cables behind the charging station, it's advisable to mount the station directly above the junction box. This allows for a hidden routing of the input cables to the inlet cable gland.
Electrical input cable groove
When input cables approach the charging station from above, utilise the input cable groove to guide the cable seamlessly towards the inlet cable gland, ensuring a tidy and organised cable routing.
Inlet cable gland
The inlet cable gland is designed for the entry of input cables into the Dock module. Its main characteristics are:
Cable diameter: 13–18 mm
Spanner size: SW33
Input cable routing guide
It guides the installer to route the cables along the guided path to the terminal block. To prevent the cables from falling out, secure them under the wing along the way.
Cable tie mount
It is intended for securing the auxiliary power supply and/or RS-485 cables.
Breakable part covering the entry opening for auxiliary power supply and RS-485 cables
When connecting auxiliary power supply and/or RS-485 cables to the station's terminal block, utilise the designated entry opening, accessible by breaking the perforated plastic.
Insert the supplied rubber cap (supplied with the Dock module) into this opening to facilitate cable routing without affecting the IP rating.
For detailed instructions on correctly placing the rubber cap and routing the cables, consult the INSTALLATION CHAPTER - LINK.

Mating holes for assembling the Output module to the Dock module
Assembling the modules via two mating pins (bosses) of the Output module that match two mating holes of the Dock module.
Snap fit tab (top, bottom)
By snapping fit tabs with the snap fit slots of the Main unit module, the Main unit module is attached to the Dock module. For proper assembly, the tabs must snap into the slots.
