There are three different operating roles available on MyINCH interface:

  1. Viewer

  2. Operator

  3. Admin

To assign different roles to different users the customer/client must be signed in as “Admin” and then head over to “Device configuration”, “Web interface access” and click on “Add new”. There they will be able to choose between the before mentioned roles:

The “Viewer” role is only able to access the “Dashboard” of the charger and see the status icons in the top right corner of the “Dashboard”. These icons show the status of a cluster connection, LTE connection, WiFi connection, backend connection and LoadGuard connection if these settings are enabled. The “Viewer” can also change its own password for accessing the MyINCH interface.

The “Operator” can view all of the configurations set on the charger but is unable to change them. However, it has the ability to manipulate the “Local user” list. Besides this option and the options of the “Viewer” it also has the ability to access the “Diagnostics” menu and download data backups and configurations, as well as upload them onto the charger, it can download logs and enable “verbose logs” and has the ability to reboot the charger. It also has the option of viewing the “Reporting” menu, where they can see the authorizations, sessions and events that happened on the charger.

And lastly, the “Admin” role has access to all of the above mentioned options and has the ability to change the configurations on the charger.
