Issue description: Inch Duo has a black screen even when powered on.

Sometimes this happens due to voltage fluctuations on the motherboard. Due to the voltage fluctuations, the powerboard will become corrupted in the process. In rare cases the SOM can also be corrupted.

To prevent the voltage fluctuations we recommend to replace the motherboard with never version that has different capacitor(H-1029-A) or add a specially crafted cable with the capacitor (IDENT).

Here you can access a guide for replacing the motherboard in INCH DUO: INCH DUO - Motherboard replacement

Replacement process:

Open the doors of the INCH DUO charger and power off the charger (the charger is powered on in the picture, turn off the charger by pushing the switches on the MCB down!)

1.) Replacing powerboard:

For more details you can check the powerboard replacement video guide: https://player.vimeo.com/video/837494296?h=4d79a18cb2&badge=0&autopause=0&player_id=0&app_id=58479%22

Remove the four screws (after disconnecting all the cables from the powerboard), this will remove the backplate, together with the powerboard

Lastly, unscrew the four screws to remove the powerboard from the backplate:

Additionally, you can use this picture when re-pluging the cable connections on the powerboard after you have swapped the powerboards (the charger must still be powered off)
