Dashboard start

When you login to the charger interface you are always presented with the Dashboard view. Depending on a charger, whenever is it INCH or INCH DUO, it is a bit different. On the INCH we have only the status of the single connector, while on the DUO there are two of them split into two tabs. Everything else is the same for both models.

The Dashboard view is split in two halves. The left side is intended for statistics and quick statuses of connectors. By default we can see statistics of charging sessions for the last 12 months, and the total for the current and the previous month. With mouse click and drag we can select specific periods and check consumption for those months.

If we click on the power profile, we can see data from the last 6 hours about connector consumption, Load Guard measurements, and the total cluster power. We can check older data by using the arrows.

INCH connector status

The right side of the Dashboard view shows the current status of connectors on the charger. For INCH and INCH PRO there is only a single connector while for INCH DUO there are Connector 1 and Connector 2.

On the right side of the Dashboard we can see the running session. Here we can find all the connectors data.

In the top half we can see the Status of the connector, saying it is charging with full power. We can change between fast and interactive mode by clicking on the bottom in the top right corner. We are asked to set up a departure time. After we set the departure time, the charger switches to interactive mode to optimize charging.

The bottom half is filled with more detailed data about the current session. The target current shows what is the target current for the charging station on this connector. The target is measured when we insert the charging cable into the charger and the car. The charging station then measures the capacity of the cable and the maximum current that vehicle is responding to.

In this scenario Load schedule is inactive. On the bottom we can see how much energy the current session consumed and how long the charging session is.

Charging power is the power delievered to the car and 4 amps represent the current flowing into the vehicle. Here we can see on how many phases the car is charging.

INCH charging stop

We can also stop the session remotely by clicking on the stop session button. After confirmation the session will stop.
