There comes a time in every charging station’s life, when a restart is required. It may be needed to apply a configuration change, firmware update, or some other valid reason. The restart may be automatic or it can be triggered from the Device diagnostics page. The restart will reboot the charging stations on-board computer and may take up to a few minutes.
During the restart process, charging will not be available. Also, the restart cannot begin during a charging session, and will commence only after the charging session has ended.
