Issue description: Inch Duo is in booting stage and the reboot of the station doesn't help.

Sometimes this happens due to voltage fluctuations on the motherboard. The SOM then becomes corrupted and stays in boot loop, so it needs to be replaced.

To prevent the voltage fluctuations we recommend to replace replacing the motherboard with never version that has different capacitor (H-1029-A) or add a specially crafted cable with the capacitor (PCG-1765), , a guide how to add it replace the motherboard in INCH Duo can be found here /wiki/spaces/EKC/pages/3650846721 .Here you can access a guide for replacing the motherboard in INCH DUO: /wiki/spaces/EKC/pages/3635019901.

Replacement process:

Hold the SOM with fingers and carefully lift it (SOM is connected to the motherboard with two multi pin connectors and two PCB spacers – marked in red).
