Booting showing on the INCH DUO

Sometimes this happens due to voltage fluctuations on the motherboard. The SOM then becomes corrupted and stays in boot loop, so it needs to be replaced.

To prevent the voltage fluctuations we recommend replacing the motherboard (H-1029-A), a guide how to replace the motherboard in INCH Duo can be found here: https://etrelchargingsolutions.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/EKC/pages/3635019901.

Replacement process:

Hold the SOM with fingers and carefully lift it (SOM is connected to the motherboard with two multi pin connectors and two PCB spacers – marked in red).
