Refurbishment is managed as part of a service ticket via Etrel's Jira portal and is offered in two three different flavours:
ECONOMICAL
Erasing all custom software settings and uploading of new clean configuration, firmware update to the latest supported version, performance of all functional tests same as on a new charger during the factory test on the production line. Miscellaneous worn-out parts are replaced. Each charger is packed into a brand new, recyclable packaging and miscellaneous mounting material (screws, washers, spacers, …) is added.
FRONT COVER REPLACEMENT
All steps from ECONOMICAL plus exchange of the charger polycarbonate front plate cover, and any related worn-out parts. Available only on models with serial number starting from 2304XXXX
FULL ENCLOSURE REPLACEMENT
All steps from ECONOMICAL FRONT COVER REPLACEMENT plus exchange of the charger enclosure which includes polycarbonate front plate cover, and any related worn-out parts.
