What happened:

The installed firmware version is not compatible with the currently installed firmware version.

Device status:

The charging station will enter into the Fault status. Charging is not possible.

The top left icon on the UI will be red and all three white round LEDs in the second row will be ON.

The dashboard on the INCH Core should display a notification that the charging station is not operational due to internal failure and that service is required.

How to proceed:

Service is required. This can only be done by authorised personnel.
