What happened:

Most probably a failure occurred on the EV or even the charging cable.

Device status:

The charging station has entered into Fault status. Charging is not possible in this state.

The top left icon on the UI is red and the third white round LED in the second row is ON. The fault will be reset by disconnecting the EV.

How to proceed:

The INCH Core app will guide you to resolve the issue. Try to plug and unplug the EV and start a new session. If this error is detected again, there is probably a fault on the electric vehicle. Try to charge on public infrastructure and check if same error appears there as well. If yes, please contact your seller or distributor.
