My INCH Introduction

Web interface login

To access the web interface of your INCH or INCH Duo charger, you need to be connected to the same Local Area Network and you need to connect the charger to the network via an ethernet cable.

After the charger is connected, open your web browser and enter the charger's IP address. For detailed instructions on how to connect the charger, you can visit our Knowledge Center.

Upon loading the MyInch web interface, you will be presented with the login screen. The default username is root@etrel.com and the default password is t o o r.

Dashboard and Menus

After logging in you will land in the INCH dashboard view. INCH web interface is divided into a toolbar with the Main menu, options status bar, and the main view of the current menu selection.

Clicking the Menu will open the Sidebar. On the top of the sidebar are shortcuts to subsections, each with a unique purpose.

The Dashboard is the current status view of the station, with connector status, history, and session data.

Configuration is a section of the MyInch web interface where we can configure the charger to our needs.

The Diagnostics section is used when you do maintenance or debugging on the station, here you can download logs, do INCH backup, run network diagnostics, and so on.

Under the tab, Reporting, you can find data about previous Sessions, Authorizations, and Events.

At the bottom of the menu sidebar, you can select different localization, which you can set up in the configuration menu. MyINCH supports up to four localizations, and to apply them you need to log out and log in, the button can be found at the bottom of the Menu sidebar. Sometimes the web cache of the browser keeps the default English translation. To remedy this, delete the web browser cache, and reload the page.
