Charging station authorization options can be set in the MyINCH web interface. One of the options is authorization with a PIN code.

  1. Connect to the charging station’s MyINCH web interface.

  2. Click the (blue star) navigation menu in the top left corner.

  3. Select the Configuration tab.

  4. On the User tab, click the drop-down arrow and choose Charging authorization.
    Authorization options will appear on the right side of the screen.

  5. Under Supported Identification Types, enable PIN by checking the field next to the option Enabled.
    Click Save at the bottom of the page.

  6. On the User tab, select Local users.

  7. Click Add new on the right side of the screen.
    The My profile pop-up window appears.

  8. In the pop-up window, input First name and Last name and click Save.
    The User identifications pop-up window appears.

(blue star) To prevent the selected user from accessing the charging station, confirm the field next to Blocked in the User identifications pop-up window.

  1. Click Add and then select Add it manually.

10.  In the new window:

- Under Type, select the PIN code authorization type.

- Under Status, select Active.

- Under Code, type in your PIN code.

(blue star) Note that the PIN code must start with the symbol #.

- Select the desired Expiration date or leave this field empty.

- Click Save and close the User identifications window.

You are now able to authorize with the selected PIN code and start charging.

(blue star) By selecting the name of the user under Local users on the right side of the screen, you can edit the user’s first and last name and allow/block their access.
By selecting the card icon on the right side of the screen, you can view and edit the PIN code and the status that is selected for the user.
