During a charging session, you can toggle between interactive and fast charging modes.* You can do so by tapping the Mode button on the Dashboard or pressing the physical button on the actual charging station. If the charging station is unable to switch charging mode, this dialog appears.

* Mode names and icons may vary according to customisations carried out by your provider.
