If your charging station‘s socket supports plug locking, you’re able to attach a charging cable to the socket permanently, effectively turning your socket station into a tethered station. The charging station will not unlock the cable’s plug once the charging ends. Cable locking can be reversed by manually unlocking the cable plug, following the same dialog you used to lock it in place.
You can trigger charging cable locking/unlocking from the app’s Dashboard.
To lock the charging cable to the charging station, tap Lock cable.
To unlock the charging cable from the charging station’s socket, tap Unlock cable.
