If at any point during your interaction with the charging station an issue comes up, you will be notified with a message bubble that will appear on your dashboard. If the issue is not critical, operations will continue uninterrupted, you will only be notified that the issue is present. However, if the issue is critical, charging will be disabled and the charging station will enter into a fault state until the issue is resolved.

1 – You can still use the segmented tab menu at the top of the screen to access other parts of the dashboard. You can also do this by swiping left or right anywhere on the screen.

2 – The status of the charging station is shown above the Messages bubble.

3 – The Messages bubble appears when the charging station detects an issue that requires the user’s attention.

4 – Individual issues are listed in the bubble. If tapped, each issue will link to the corresponding page on the external Knowledge center, where additional info about this issue is provided.

5 – The Messages bubble can be dismissed.

6 – To see all events in chronological order and export the technical log, visit the event log page.

7 – The view centers on the charging station's interface.

8 – When the Messages bubble is present, the bottom tray is still accessible.

A – The chargers status is shown above the Messages bubble.

B – If a message represents a critical issue, it is marked with a red warning icon.

C – The view centers on the charging stations interface.
