Issue description: INCH DUO has a black screen even when powered on.

Sometimes this happens due to voltage fluctuations on the motherboard. Due to the voltage fluctuations, the powerboard will become corrupted in the process. In rare cases the SOM can also be corrupted. And you will have to replace powerboard. Guide can be found here /wiki/spaces/EKC/pages/3614408705.

To prevent voltage fluctuations we recommend to replace the motherboard with never version that has different capacitor(H-1029-A) or add a specially crafted cable with the capacitor (PCG-1762), guide can be found here /wiki/spaces/EKC/pages/3650846721 .
