First we need to connect to the Load Guard and set up Load Guard itself. For configuring Load Guard we are using program called Load Guard configurator. You can download it from our knowledge centre under section Load Guard.
After downloading Load Guard configurator, we need to connect Load Guard to the same network as INCH charging station and computer where we will configure Load Guard.
Upon opening configuration software you will be presented with the list of Load Guard devices found on the network. If there are no devices found, disable firewall on your PC and try to rerun program again. After clicking on correct Load Guard, configuration window will open. This windows in splited in two main parts. On the left you can see live data and measurements of the Load Guard. On the right side you will find Load Guard Communication Settings.
