Issue description: INCH DUO has a black screen even when powered on.

Sometimes this happens due to voltage fluctuations on the motherboard. Due to the voltage fluctuations, the powerboard will become corrupted in the process. In rare cases the SOM can also be corrupted.
To prevent the voltage fluctuations we recommend You will have to replace the motherboard with never version that has different capacitor(H-1029-A) or add a specially crafted cable with the capacitor (PCG-1762), the powerboard and the motherboard.
