If the connection to the charging station is lost due to an authentication error, this dialog appears.

The basic access password used by the app to connect to your charging station no longer matches the password stored on the charging station. This usually means that someone has changed the password of the charging station. For you to regain access to the charging station, they need to share the new password with you.
