If at any point Messages bubble appears when an issue occurs during your interaction with the charging station an issue comes up, you will be notified with a Messages bubble that will appear on your dashboard. If the issue is not critical, operations will continue uninterrupted, you will only be notified that the issue is present. However, if If the issue is critical, charging will be disabled and the charging station will enter into a fault state until the issue is resolved.

1 – You can use the segmented tab menu at the top of the screen to access other parts of the dashboard. You can also do this by swiping left or right anywhere on the screen.2 – This represents the status Tab menu (swipe left/right or click on a tab):

Dashboard,

Insights,

Sessions.

2 – Status of the charging station.

3 – The Messages bubble appears when the charging station detects an issue that requires the user’s attention.

4 – Individual issues are listed in the bubble. If tapped, each issue will link to Tap issue to open the corresponding page on the external Knowledge centre , where additional info about this issue is providedfor more information about the issue.

5 – Tap Dismiss if you want to dismiss the Messages bubble.

6 – Visit the (COMING SOON) Open Event log page to see all events in chronological order and export the technical log.

7 – The view centers on the interface of the charging station.

8 – When the Messages bubble is present, the bottom tray is still accessibleContext menu is still accessible (tap or swipe to open):

Start charging,

Stop charging,

Lock cable,

Unlock cable,

Set departure time,

Device configuration,

Event log,

Diagnostics.

A – The status of the charging station is shown above the Messages bubble.

B – If a message represents a critical issue, it is marked with a red warning icon.
